Providing on-demand and ongoing HIV prevention for individuals at risk due to their partner’s HIV status, injection drug use, or transactional sex.
PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis): Medication taken within 72 hours after potential exposure to HIV to prevent infection. Recommended for individuals who have had a recent potential exposure through unprotected sex, needle-sharing, or other high-risk situations.
DoxyPEP: Antibiotic medication taken immediately after sexual activity to reduce the risk of certain sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
