- STD/STI Testing & Counseling

Confidential, evidence-based testing for STIs with same-day or rapid results. Sexual health education, risk reduction planning, and partner referral are available.
- HIV Treatment & Care

Full wraparound services for PLWHA individuals, including ART access, lab monitoring, benefits navigation, and housing coordination. Ideal for linkage-to-care referrals.
- PrEP & PEP Services

Providing on-demand and ongoing HIV prevention for individuals at risk due to their partner’s HIV status, injection drug use, or transactional sex.
PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis): Medication taken within 72 hours after potential exposure to HIV to prevent infection. Recommended for individuals who have had a recent potential exposure through unprotected sex, needle-sharing, or other high-risk situations.
DoxyPEP: Antibiotic medication taken immediately after sexual activity to reduce the risk of certain sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Our comprehensive navigation services include assistance with insurance enrollment, behavioral health support, and immediate access to emergency prevention care when needed.

Community-based services that include Naloxone (Narcan) distribution, Dentanyl and Xylazine test strips , safe use education, and referral to recovery services. Accepted referrals from SSPs, shelters, and ED discharges.

We offer clean syringe exchange, safe disposal, HIV/HCV screening, and referral to detox and treatment. Ideal for outreach programs and mobile units.
