Justice-Involved Services
Our reentry programs are designed in alignment with trauma-informed care and are appropriate for referrals from correctional facilities, parole/probation officers, reentry task forces, and diversion courts.
- Reentry Planning

Pre- and post-release case planning for returning citizens that includes needs assessment, stabilization strategies, and linkage to housing, substance use recovery, and mental health services.
- Housing Assistance

Direct assistance with transitional housing, rental subsidies, and application support. Referrals are prioritized for individuals released from incarceration or in diversion programs.
- Employment Services

Vocational assessment, resume building, training enrollment, and job placement. Employer partnerships support fair chance hiring for individuals with criminal records.
- Case Management

Multi-system coordination with probation officers, treatment providers, legal counsel, and housing liaisons. Case managers develop client-centered action plans addressing barriers to reintegration.
